Deck overview

Uugguu, the Omniplasm commands a Sultai aristocrat-clone hybrid deck that weaponizes death triggers. Uugguu triggers whenever a nontoken Ooze dies, creating two nonlegendary token copies of it. The strategy relies on casting versatile Shapeshifters such as Phantasmal Image, Flesh Duplicate, and Spark Double as Oozes, either by copying natural Oozes or setting creature types with Metallic Mimic. Sacrificing these nontoken clones to outlets like Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, or Warren Soultrader triggers Uugguu, generating exponential token copies. Amplified by Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, and Chatterfang, Squirrel General, the deck finishes games via infinite aristocrat drain from The Meathook Massacre, direct pinging from Blasting Station, or lethal combat damage backed by Gaea's Cradle.
