This deck executes a go-wide token swarm strategy led by Commissar Severina Raine. The game plan focuses on deploying cheap, recurring token generators during early turns, establishing board presence with cards like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Charismatic Conqueror, and Ainok Strike Leader.
