Beorning by tj2themax

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green Bears tribal build helmed by Beorn the Fierce. The core plan is to deploy a critical mass of Bear-typed creatures, leverage Beorn's anthem and card-draw trigger (when three or more Bears attack), and overwhelm opponents with trampling, steadily growing boards. The deck lacks infinite combos, instead relying on incremental combat value from cards like Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Surrak and Goreclaw, and Beastmaster Ascension to turn a wide army lethal. Finale of Devastation serves as a finisher by tutoring a big creature and granting haste and a massive pump. The commander is essential for sustained advantage, but the deck can still operate through its redundancy of ramp and bear-themed threats even if Beorn is removed repeatedly.
