Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Toph, the First Metalbender, blending artifact synergies with a traditional Naya landfall shell. Toph turns all nontoken artifacts into lands and earthbends them on your end step into 2/2 haste creatures that return to the battlefield tapped whenever they die or are exiled. This creates a resilient loop where sacrifice outlets, combat trades, and artifact entries constantly trigger powerful landfall payoffs like Felidar Retreat, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Tireless Provisioner, and Avenger of Zendikar. Fast acceleration from low-cost mana rocks and dorks enables early commander deployment, while tools like Oswald Fiddlebender and Goblin Engineer find specific engine pieces. Protected by Sylvan Safekeeper and Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, the deck amasses an overwhelming token army and uses extra combats from Moraug, Fury of Akoum or mass overrun effects to eliminate the table across multiple combat steps.
