Itazura (Copy) by Dendrobate

Format: Commander

Commander: Itazura, Lingering Wick

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck pilots Itazura, Lingering Wick as an explosive Izzet value engine built around extra upkeeps, extra turns, and triggered-ability multiplication. The commander's upkeep trigger exiles three cards, lets an opponent cast one for free, and puts another into your hand - turning each upkeep into a burst of card advantage and potential free spells. The deck supercharges this with Paradox Haze, Strionic Resonator, Roaming Throne (naming Spirit), and copy effects like Spark Double and Sakashima of a Thousand Faces. From there it chains extra turns via Nexus of Fate, Temporal Mastery, and Karn's Temporal Sundering, ultimately finishing with devastating threats like Blightsteel Colossus, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, Omniscience, or a storm kill through Prismari, the Inspiration. The combination of fast mana, a tutor suite, and a dense instant-speed interaction shell makes the deck highly consistent and resilient once it gets rolling.
