Goblins (The Hobbit) by user6824195

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Black-red Goblin/Orc Army deck whose primary plan is to put +1/+1 counters on an Army and on Goblins so The Great Goblin repeatedly deals 2 damage. Amass spells, Bothersome Noisemaker, and Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin create multiple counter events; the commander's death trigger turns sacrificial Goblins into card advantage. Grindy midrange kills come from a huge Army, Krenko, Mob Boss token bursts, Sauron's pump, and Desert Were-Worm's extra combat. A secondary one-shot line combines Orcish Bowmasters with Peer into the Abyss. There is no hidden commander; the Krenkos and Sauron are engines in the 99. Strong creature removal and some hand disruption are paired with no counterspells and no enchantment hate.
