Format: Commander

Commander: Aerith, Last Ancient

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya lifegain-and-counters deck centered on Aerith, Last Ancient. It turns incidental life-gain triggers into +1/+1 counters through Heroic Feast, Cleric Class, Lathiel, and Nykthos Paragon, then wins either by commander damage from an oversized, lifelinking Aerith or by assembling Scurry Oak loops with Rosie Cotton and Basking Broodscale, closed by Suture Priest. Aerith Gainsborough in the 99 acts as a hidden commander, duplicating the lifegain payoff. The commander's end-step recursion is the main recovery engine but is not required for the combo, making the deck function reasonably if she is removed. Flexible removal and a few protection spells keep the board alive.
