Deck overview

This deck utilizes partner commanders Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart to create a compounding aggressive engine based on +1/+1 counters and creature tokens. Michelangelo enters early, attacking to generate Food tokens and distribute counters. Leonardo converts every new token into a team-wide permanent buff. The deck accelerates quickly with low-cost ramp spells and supports its board with synergistic token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Tendershoot Dryad. Midgame damage multipliers like Raphael, the Muscle and Kalonian Hydra turn small token swarms into lethal combat threats by Turn 6.
