Deck overview

This deck is a classic Jund Aristocrats build commanded by Korvold, Fae-Cursed King. The strategy revolves around leveraging sacrifice synergies to turn every dead permanent into +1/+1 counters, massive card advantage, and table-wide life loss. Early turns focus on mana ramp and deploying recursive creatures like Reassembling Skeleton or token generators like Awakening Zone. Once Korvold enters, it rapidly converts sacrifice fodder into substantial card velocity. The deck closes games through scaling flying commander damage alongside recurring death triggers from Zulaport Cutthroat, Mayhem Devil, and Syr Konrad, the Grim, supported by edict creatures such as Plaguecrafter that clear enemy boards while fueling your own engine. It operates at mid-power casual tables with high synergy and resilience against traditional attrition.
