The Goose Mother - I Hunger, I must Consume by user4832096

Format: Commander

Commander: The Goose Mother

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Food/token value deck built to drown opponents in artifact tokens. The Goose Mother is less a combo piece than a scaling flier and repeatable draw engine; meanwhile, Academy Manufactor, Peregrin Took, Doubling Season, and Parallel Lives multiply every Food/Clue/Treasure created. Food becomes mana through Jaheira, Night of the Sweets' Revenge, and Bag End Banquet, enabling huge X-spells and a lethal Cyberdrive Awakener or Rise and Shine turn. Secondary wins are Mechanized Production and Simic Ascendancy. There is no hidden commander; Academy Manufactor serves as the honorary engine leader. The deck is slow but resilient once it establishes its token loop, and it can pivot between combat and alt-win lines.
