LotrHo - Human Attack by HarryG

Format: Commander

Commander: Éowyn, Shieldmaiden

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Eowyn, Shieldmaiden leads a Jeskai Human-Knight swarm deck. The primary line is a combat-token engine: enter a non-commander Human in the first main phase, then attack with Eowyn to create two hasty 2/2 Knight tokens and draw when the Human count reaches six. Secondary paths use the monarch subtheme and legendary tutors such as The Arkenstone and War of the Last Alliance to find anthem or extra-combat finishers. Bard, King of Dale, Shared Animosity, and Flowering of the White Tree multiply the token army. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Eowyn's face and can still play a generic aggro-midrange game if she is absent, but it loses its fastest acceleration.
