Neck me by Betty15

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is a wheel-burn deck that punishes every card opponents draw. The primary plan is to establish Nekusar plus one or more redundant draw-punishers (Sheoldred, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Orcish Bowmasters, Psychosis Crawler) and then force mass draws with Windfall, Wheel and Deal, Whispering Madness, Magus of the Wheel and Peer into the Abyss. Ghyrson Starn and Harmonic Prodigy double the 1-damage triggers. Nekusar is both extra-draw engine and main damage source; he is not double-faced. Secondary paths use Tergrid and Waste Not to steal permanents discarded by wheels, and Kess to recast wheels. Sheoldred, the Apocalypse acts as hidden commander, providing the same punish-and-gain effect when Nekusar is removed.
