Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Runo Stromkirk // Krothuss is a two-face sea-monster commander: Runo sets the graveyard/library reveal, then transforms into Krothuss, whose attack trigger double-copies any attacking Kraken/Leviathan/Octopus/Serpent. The deck is built around that trigger, not the front face. It uses Buried Alive, Reanimate, and looting effects to get an 8/8 finisher (Stormtide Leviathan or Tromokratis) into play before the first Krothuss attack, then snowballs unblockable token copies. A secondary engine is Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring for infinite mana, and Quest for Ula's Temple can cheat in a sea monster. No hidden commander exists. The plan is linear and combat-focused; the setup bottleneck is getting a large sea creature into play in time.
