Deck overview

Vnwxt, Verbose Host is a mono-blue draw-engine deck that races to max speed so that every draw becomes two cards. Cheap evasive creatures keep speed climbing while the commander doubles all subsequent draws. Twenty-Toed Toad is the hidden centerpiece: it sets its own hand-size limit and wins on attack with twenty cards in hand. Backup wins come from Laboratory Maniac/Jace, Psychosis Crawler drain, and evasive token or hand-size beats. The deck has no tutors, so its lines are powerful but natural-draw dependent; interaction is mostly counterspells and bounce, with a few targeted protection pieces for the commander and the Toad.
