TAPPY TAP by gluepee

Format: Commander

Commander: Tui and La, Moon and Ocean

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tui and La is a mono-blue untap deck built around the commander's tap/untap triggers: every tap draws a card and every untap grows it. The primary plan is to keep Tui and La moving between tapped and untapped states using Aphetto Alchemist, Ioreth, Kelpie Guide, Vizier of Tumbling Sands, and other untappers, while Unctus and Tolari Kraken multiply the payoff. Secondary attacks come from artifact recursion and a large untapping mana turn via High Tide and Peregrine Drake. Unctus is essentially the hidden commander: it converts the same untap loop into repeat card draw. The deck closes through an oversized unblockable commander or, far later, The Millennium Calendar.
