Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie Tribal Aristocrats strategy commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The deck's primary game plan is to curve early Zombie creatures and mana ramp into a Turn 4 Gisa, untapping on Turn 5 to sacrifice high-power creatures and generate a wide swarm of 2/2 Zombie tokens. On Turn 6, the deck converts this token mass into an overwhelming board state by deploying tribal lords like Undead Warchief and Death Baron, or aristocrat drain engines like Vengeful Dead, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Blood Artist. Over two combat cycles, the deck grinds down all three opponents through unblockable or menace-backed combat damage and unavoidable death triggers. While the deck boasts immense redundancy in creature bodies and steady card advantage from engines like Cryptbreaker and Undead Augur, it is vulnerable to sweepers and lacks stack interaction or protection for its commander.
