Deck overview

This Boros deck is commanded by Arabella, Abandoned Doll and focuses on swarming the battlefield with creatures of power 2 or less. Arabella weaponizes this wide board by dealing noncombat damage to each opponent and gaining life whenever she attacks, scaling directly with the number of small creatures controlled. The deck supplements this strategy with incidental burn cards like Impact Tremors and Raphael, Tough Turtle, along with token generators such as Song of Totentanz and Mechanized Ninja Cavalry. While the deck deploys quickly due to low creature mana values, its card draw and ramp packages are minimal, meaning it relies heavily on its opening hand and natural top-decks. Without access to infinite combos or burst damage multipliers, it operates as a fair combat-burn engine that requires multiple combat steps across several turn rotations to whittle down three opposing life totals.
