Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Ranar the Ever-Watchful pilots an Azorius blink shell that converts every exile event into a flying Spirit token. The deck leverages a dense package of flicker effects-Momentary Blink, Ephemerate, Cloudshift, Ghostly Flicker, Eerie Interlude-and permanents that repeatedly exile and return creatures, such as Soulherder, Teleportation Circle, Conjurer's Closet, and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling. Each blink triggers Ranar to make a 1/1 Spirit, while also re-triggering enters-the-battlefield (ETB) value from Mulldrifter, Cloudblazer, Solemn Simulacrum, and Aether Channeler. The foretell sub-theme lets Ranar reduce the cost of the first foretell each turn, synergising with cards like Behold the Multiverse, Saw It Coming, and Doomskar. The primary win condition is assembling an infinite blink loop-using Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator, or Ghostly Flicker + Archaeomancer-to generate infinite Spirit tokens via Ranar, then attacking with a pumped, hexproof-immune army (Drogskol Captain, Supreme Phantom, Empyrean Eagle). A secondary combat plan uses the Spirit lords to make even a few tokens lethal.
