Tails The Cat (Payable) by Solaris

Format: Commander

Commander: Miles "Tails" Prower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Miles "Tails" Prower pilots an Azorius Vehicles deck that turns every entering Vehicle into either a card draw or a flying upgrade. The primary plan is to deploy evasive, high-impact Vehicles while Tails, Sram, and Shorikai keep the hand full and provide Pilots to crew them. Secondary paths are artifact beatdown through Urza, Kappa Cannoneer, and Metalwork Colossus, plus a recursion subtheme with Hanna, Cid, Teshar, and Dance of the Manse. Shorikai, Genesis Engine is the hidden commander in the 99: it draws cards, makes crew tokens, and is a natural Tails flying-counter target. The deck closes with big flyers such as Reaver Titan, Parhelion II, and Cybership rather than through a true infinite combo.
