Deck overview

Shalai, Voice of Plenty is a GW token-and-counter build that wins by assembling an infinite token/counter loop and attacking with an oversized, hexproof team. The commander's main job is shielding creatures from targeted removal; her +1/+1 activation is a late-game mana sink. The deck also has a solid token aggro plan through Rhys, Ghalta and Mavren, and Conclave Evangelist. No hidden commander or double-faced plan exists; Branchloft Pathway and Dazzling Theater/Prop Room are supporting pieces. Combat is usually closed by Cathars' Crusade, Scurry Oak, Basking Broodscale, Archangel of Thune, and the lifegain shell around them.
