Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Golgari Elfball deck that layers a critical mass of elf-tribal token generation on top of a volatile **-1/-1 counter engine**. High Perfect Morcant taxes every opposing board as your Elves enter, then Proliferates those counters into an ever-escalating loop; Flourishing Defenses converts each counter into a new Elf Warrior, feeding back into the commander's trigger. The deck can pivot between a gigantic combat finish via Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, Tyvar, the Pummeler, or Unnatural Growth, a burst kill with Shaman of the Pack or Exsanguinate, or a true infinite counter engine using Blowfly Infestation and Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons. The mana base is a dork ball of Elvish Archdruid, Priest of Titania, and Marwyn, the Nurturer, which lets the deck out-ramp most tables and close with huge payoff spells.
