Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul is a control swarm deck. You hold up a wall of counterspells and instant-speed draw, and each instant or sorcery you cast creates a 3/3 Wraith with menace. With nine or more Wraiths, a single additional spell makes the whole board 9/9 until end of turn, so you win by attacking with a large menace army. Baral, Chief of Compliance and Haughty Djinn act as hidden engines, reducing costs and growing as you fill the graveyard, while Archmage Emeritus, Rhystic Study and Black Market Connections keep cards flowing. No infinite combo exists; the deck grinds through interaction and wins with combat after establishing the commander.
