Deck overview

This is a mono-blue spellslinger/combo deck built around Kitsa, Otterball Elite. The primary game plan is to generate value through Kitsa's looting and spell-copying ability, then assemble the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter infinite-mana engine. With infinite mana, the deck draws its entire library via Blue Sun's Zenith or Finale of Revelation and wins with Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Secondary win conditions include The Millennium Calendar and combat damage from copied spells. The deck is packed with counterspells and instant-speed interaction to protect its combo turn and control the stack.
