Deck overview

This Jeskai Superfriends deck relies on Commodore Guff to lead a dense collection of 23 planeswalkers. The game plan focuses on deploying early 2-CMC mana rocks and defensive pillowfort pieces to establish safe board positions. By Turn 4, the deck lands Commodore Guff or another value-generating planeswalker to create blockers and build loyalty. On Turns 5 and 6, powerful support permanents such as Oath of Teferi, Deepglow Skate, and Chandra, Legacy of Fire compound loyalty activations. The deck controls the board with asymmetric board wipes like Urza's Ruinous Blast and stax pieces like Narset, Parter of Veils and Karn, the Great Creator. It closes out the game around Turn 8 through scaled Dragon combat via Sarkhan the Masterless and direct group burn from Guff's [-3] ability.
