Above It All by user3580070

Format: Commander

Commander: Queen Marchesa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Queen Marchesa commands a Mardu control and aikido strategy that weaponizes opponent aggression while maintaining impenetrable defenses. The deck establishes the Monarch early to draw cards and deploy pillowfort barriers like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety. Forced combat tools such as Kardur, Doomscourge and Disrupt Decorum pit opponents against each other while chip damage from Sheoldred and Kambal steadily drains their life totals. To close out games, the deck pivots into explosive aikido blowouts using Inkshield and Comeuppance, unleashes Repercussion paired with Blasphemous Act, or casts high-mana finishers like Insurrection and a massive Torment of Hailfire.
