Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated 5-color control list centered around casting The Prismatic Bridge side of Esika, God of the Tree. The deck plays zero low-cost creatures or planeswalkers. Instead, its nonland threat base consists entirely of 7 colossal permanents: Sphinx of the Second Sun, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, Karn Liberated, The Theorist, Jace Beleren, Ugin, Eye of the Storms, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. The early game focuses on deploying 1-2 mana ramp and fixing all 5 colors of mana using a premier land base of fetchlands and duals. Once The Prismatic Bridge lands on Turn 4, it cheats a massive permanent onto the battlefield every upkeep starting on Turn 5. A heavy package of board sweepers and efficient counterspells protects the engine and suppresses opposing boards until Eldrazi combat damage and extra-turn spells close out the game.
