Deck overview

This is a Jund lands-matter / land-sacrifice deck helmed by Hearthhull, the Worldseed, built around a simple engine: sacrifice lands for value, recur them from the graveyard, and profit from every landfall trigger along the way. The commander itself is the linchpin - it turns each sacrificed land into two cards, an extra land drop, and 2 life drained from each opponent, all while being a hasty 6/7 flyer. The 99 is dense with interchangeable land-sacrifice and landfall payoffs: Korvold, Fae-Cursed King and Braids, Arisen Nightmare draw on sacrifice, The Gitrog Monster draws on land-to-graveyard, and Avenger of Zendikar, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Rampaging Baloths, and Scute Swarm convert land drops into armies. Recursion via Splendid Reclamation, Aftermath Analyst, Ramunap Excavator, and Conduit of Worlds keeps the engine running. The deck wins through token swarm beats, commander drain, Moraug, Fury of Akoum extra combats, or a massive Worldsoul's Rage.
