Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros Dwarf tribal and artifact token aggro strategy commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The game plan revolves around casting low-cost Dwarves and generating Treasure, Equipment, and artifact tokens to massively pump the team's power. Accelerating into Thorin on turn 4 or 5 establishes an explosive scaling engine where every entering Dwarf generates mana and buffs the entire board. Midgame combat engines such as Dáin of the Ancient Halls, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, and Bifur, Melodic Rider push substantial damage across opponents. The deck protects its wide board against sweepers using mass-blink instants like Eerie Interlude and Semester's End, which also trigger a fresh wave of Dwarf enters-the-battlefield abilities. Decisive finishers like Akroma's Will provide the evasion and double strike needed to close games quickly around turn 8.
