Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck focuses on accelerating into massive flying threats, leveraging Lathliss, Dragon Queen to double its aerial board presence with 5/5 Dragon tokens. The early game establishes mana velocity using artifacts like Arcane Signet and tribal cost-reducers such as Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman. By Turn 5, the deck deploys Lathliss, Dragon Queen, followed by high-impact Dragons on subsequent turns to flood the battlefield with evasive power. Payoffs like Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Warstorm Surge convert new Dragon entries into direct damage, clearing opposing blockers and accelerating life total pressure. Combat multipliers such as Terror of Mount Velus, Scourge of the Throne, and Utvara Hellkite rapidly scale lethal pressure to close out the game across two combat cycles. The deck relies primarily on proactive aerial aggression, supported by asymmetric sweepers like Breath Weapon and burst mana from Mana Geyser, while remaining vulnerable to targeted removal and board wipes.
