Format: Commander

Commander: Thantis, the Warweaver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thantis, the Warweaver turns every creature on the battlefield into a problem for someone else. The deck's primary line is to cast Thantis early, then layer goad effects and attack-punishers so opponents bleed each other while you draw cards and bank treasures. Marchesa's Decree, Karazikar, and Revenge of Ravens convert forced attacks into life loss and card advantage. Wins come from grinding through three life totals or, more explosively, from stealing the table with Insurrection or Mob Rule and attacking with haste. Thantis is the sole engine and a growing blocker; there is no hidden commander, and the rest of the list keeps opponents swinging everywhere but at you.
