Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf tribal deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking, whose first ability - having all activated abilities of Elf cards in your graveyard - turns the graveyard into a second hand. The deck aggressively mills and tutors key Elves into the yard (Buried Alive, Entomb, Unmarked Grave, Ripples of Undeath, Grisly Salvage), then exploits their mana abilities through the commander for explosive or infinite mana. The primary win is Devoted Druid in the graveyard granting Thranduil infinite green mana, funneled into Ezuri, Renegade Leader's overrun or Tyvar, the Pummeler's pump for lethal. A secondary classic Elf-ball beatdown plan runs lords, Lathril, Blade of the Elves tokens, and Kindred Discovery card advantage. The commander's second ability - drawing two on legendary Elf ETB - provides steady card flow. This is a combo-adjacent tribal build where the graveyard is the engine room and Thranduil is the key that unlocks it.
