Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Umbris, Fear Manifest leads a Dimir Horror/Nightmare deck that wins by exiling opponents' libraries and growing Umbris into a one-shot commander threat. The deck leans on clone and copy effects to multiply Umbris's enter trigger, with Roaming Throne, Panharmonicon, Virtue of Knowledge, and Vesuvan Duplimancy doubling or tripling each exile trigger. A dense countermagic suite protects the commander and key pieces. Secondary paths include Horror combat damage with Captain N'ghathrod, Chasm Skulker token generation, and a Gogo, Master of Mimicry activated-ability engine. The deck is heavily commander-centric but includes enough independent threats and interaction to function at a reduced level if Umbris is unavailable.
