Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos midrange value engine piloted by Prosper, Tome-Bound. The game plan revolves around exiling cards from the library and casting them to produce a steady stream of Treasure tokens. These tokens accelerate mana deployment while triggering a wide suite of artifact-based burn payoffs, such as Ingenious Artillerist, Reckless Fireweaver, and Marionette Apprentice. While the deck lacks high-tier cEDH fast mana, tutors, and infinite combos, it achieves strong resource velocity through compounding card advantage engines like Virtue of Courage, Bonehoard Dracosaur, and Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest. It controls the board with efficient removal and sweepers like Toxic Deluge and Blasphemous Act. Its main vulnerabilities stem from a lack of countermagic or protective spells, leaving its key creature engines exposed to targeted removal and board wipes.
