This deck is a Jeskai artifact-centric strategy commanded by Kilo, Apogee Mind, designed to exploit counters and proliferation across multiple permanent types. The early game focuses on deploying cost reducers, mana rocks with charge counters such as Everflowing Chalice and Pentad Prism, and repeatable counter generators. Casting Kilo on curve provides immediate value thanks to haste, proliferating every counter on your board each time Kilo attacks or taps.
