Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Aristocrats and sacrifice combo strategy commanded by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER. The primary game plan revolves around generating disposable creature tokens and recurring graveyard fodder, then converting those deaths into card advantage, life drain, and mana. The deck controls the board through asymmetric sacrifice effects like Archfiend of Depravity, Braids, Arisen Nightmare, and edict creatures, systematically depleting opposing creatures while building resource dominance. Its primary win condition is a compact infinite drain loop utilizing Warren Soultrader, Forsaken Miner, and Sephiroth (or redundant drain outlets like Blood Artist and Bastion of Remembrance). By sacrificing Miner to Soultrader, creating a Treasure, and triggering Sephiroth's life drain, the deck commits a crime that pays to recur Miner repeatedly, eliminating all three opponents in a single turn. High card velocity from Skullclamp, The One Ring, and Sephiroth's attack triggers ensures consistent execution despite minimal fast mana.
