Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact-control deck, helmed by Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, aims to dominate the stack and extend its own turns indefinitely. Jin's copying ability turns every instant, sorcery, or artifact spell into a two-for-one, and his on-opponent counter taxes the table once per turn. The core plan involves assembling fast mana (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mox Opal) to deploy Jin early, then chaining extra-turn spells (Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation, Capture of Jingzhou, Nexus of Fate) - each copied by Jin - to take two extra turns per cast. Once ahead on turns, the deck either runs a Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal infinite-mana loop (fueled by rocks like Gilded Lotus or Thran Dynamo) to draw the whole library with Urza, Lord High Artificer or simply chain extra turns until every opponent concedes. Alternative wins include Triskadekaphile with 13 cards in hand or an overwhelming artifact creature like Kappa Cannoneer.
