Deck overview

Olag and Miau, New Friends rewards a mixed Cat-Zombie board by spreading +1/+1 counters and draining each opponent at the end step for every tapped Cat or Zombie. The deck therefore wants to deploy cheap tribal creatures, create tokens, attack regularly, and turn combat into both damage and end-step life loss. Arahbo, Roar of the World, Regal Caracal, God-Eternal Oketra, Diregraf Colossus, and Undead Warchief provide the strongest board scaling. Insidious Roots, Path of Discovery, Cryptbreaker, and graveyard recursion add longer-game value. The deck has solid creature removal and some combat protection, but it does not have tutors or a compact, reliable table-kill line. Its normal game is a turn-5 engine, a turn-7 threatening board, and a combat finish only when the board survives and opponents cannot assemble adequate blockers or interaction. It is best described as a general-power tribal midrange deck rather than a competitive combo or stax deck.
