Deck overview

This is a Golgari Elf tribal deck helmed by High Perfect Morcant, built around a dense elf mana-dork base that fuels both a wide combat board and a -1/-1 counter / proliferate control engine. Every Elf ETB blights an opponent's creature, and tapping three elves proliferates - turning the commander into a repeatable source of -1/-1 counters that Maha, Its Feathers Night, Crumbling Ashes, and Necroskitter convert into board control and theft. The primary win is combat: a swarm of elves pumped by Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Beastmaster Ascension, Elvish Champion, and End-Raze Forerunners. Secondary lines include a Staff of Domination mana/draw loop with Priest of Titania or Marwyn, the Nurturer, and Bolas's Citadel as a value engine. The deck is a classic elf-ball with a nasty -1/-1 twist.
