Zur, Eternal Schemer leads an Esper enchantment matrix that wins primarily through the Room alternate condition in Central Elevator // Promising Stairs. The deck floods the board with enchantments, Rooms, and enchantment-token engines such as Sigil of the Empty Throne and Hallowed Haunting. Secret Arcade // Dusty Parlor is the hidden commander: it turns every nonland permanent and permanent spell into an enchantment, which unlocks Zur's deathtouch/lifelink/hexproof and doubles the token engines. A secondary combat path uses Dollmaker's Shop // Porcelain Gallery and recursion from Starfield of Nyx and Resurgent Belief. The commander is a finisher and protector rather than the engine.
