Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan lands engine led by The Necrobloom, focused on converting land plays, land sacrifices, and self-mill into an overwhelming swarm of Plant and Zombie tokens. Early turns establish mana acceleration through low-cost land search spells like Three Visits, Nature's Lore, and Farseek. Once The Necrobloom enters, all land cards in the graveyard gain dredge 2, creating an engine that continually fills the graveyard while guaranteeing land drops. The deck rapidly scales toward a critical mass of lands using mass ramp spells such as Scapeshift, Splendid Reclamation, and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods. Complementary payoffs including Field of the Dead, Scute Swarm, and Avenger of Zendikar produce overwhelming token armies to overrun the table on Turn 6.
