Maular, the Next Evolution by AddiBard

Format: Commander

Commander: Maular, the Next Evolution

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a hyper-ramp Rulebreaker deck that uses Maular, the Next Evolution to break color identity and cheat any 7+ MV creature into a mono-green shell. The primary plan is to accelerate with fast mana and land ramp, cast Maular on turn 4-5, then deploy elite threats like Blightsteel Colossus, Emrakul, and Atraxa that double to 14-30 power when they attack. Secondary wins do not need Maular: Craterhoof Behemoth pumps a wide board, Blightsteel and Etali's poison side one-shot players, and Emrakul takes extra turns with annihilator. Razaketh and Nyxbloom Ancient act as hidden commanders, tutoring and tripling mana to assemble Tooth and Nail or Finale lines.
