Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Boros spellslinger and Voltron strategy built around Feather, the Redeemed. The primary game plan focuses on assembling Feather on Turn 3 or 4 with mana open to cast low-cost targeting cantrips and protection spells. Because Feather exiles and returns every instant and sorcery that targets your own creatures at each end step, cheap cards like Defiant Strike, Expedite, and Gods Willing become repeatable engines that generate immense card advantage and permanent defensive shielding on every player's turn. The deck accelerates mana using efficient rocks alongside Storm-Kiln Artist and Birgi, God of Storytelling. Once the resource loop is established, the deck transitions into lethal pressure on Turn 6 by stacking power-doubling and double-strike combat tricks like Unleash Fury and Temur Battle Rage, systematically eliminating opponents with lethal commander damage while recurring every pump spell for subsequent turns. Alternate lines utilize Zada, Hedron Grinder and Monastery Mentor to overrun the table with buffed token swarms.
