Smaug - this will be a problem I think by nollakal

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Impenetrable

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos treasure-engine deck helmed by Smaug the Impenetrable, built around dealing noncombat damage to its indestructible, haste commander to flood the board with Treasure tokens. Those Treasures fuel explosive mana for finishers like Torment of Hailfire, Exsanguinate, and Crackle with Power, while permanent payoffs such as Reckless Fireweaver, Mirkwood Bats, Xorn, and Disciple of the Vault convert token creation and sacrifice directly into table-wide drain. Secondary lines include the Mycosynth Lattice + Hellkite Tyrant auto-win, Magda, Brazen Outlaw Dragon/artifact tutoring, and raw combat from a dense Dragon suite. The deck plays as a mid-game combo-control shell that uses free interaction and redirection to protect its damage loops, then buries the table under Treasures and X-spells.
