Deck overview

Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja leads a Rakdos Wizard spellslinger deck. The plan is to develop several Wizards, receive a Wizard token at the end step, transform Kuja, and then cast noncreature spells that trigger multiple damage engines. Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, Guttersnipe, Black Waltz No. 3, and Fiery Inscription provide the main pressure, while Faithless Looting, Big Score, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Mizzix's Mastery support longer spell chains. The deck has reasonable removal and some Treasure acceleration, but it does not consistently tutor its commander, assemble the required creature count, or protect the board. Its ordinary setup is around turn 7, with a meaningful must-answer engine around turn 8. Strong draws can create much earlier damage or a large storm turn, but those lines do not supply a reliable full-table finish. The deck is therefore a general-power value-and-burn strategy rather than a compact combo or competitive control deck.
