EDHREC SAVRA by user6772736

Format: Commander

Commander: Savra, Queen of the Golgari

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Savra, Queen of the Golgari commands an aristocrats control engine designed to dominate the board through repeated creature sacrifices. The deck generates a steady supply of fodder using recurring creatures and token generators like Ophiomancer, Beledros Witherbloom, and Creakwood Liege. By sacrificing black creatures, Savra forces opponents to sacrifice their own creatures while green sacrifices replenish your life total. You win by converting continuous sacrifice triggers into direct damage and life drain through Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Dina, Soul Steeper, and Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, or by overwhelming empty boards with Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest.
