Deck overview

This 5-color deck is an Enchantress midrange powerhouse piloted by Tom Bombadil, turning Saga storytelling into overwhelming value and board presence. Early turns focus on color fixing and acceleration using efficient mana dorks, Talismans, and enchantment cost reducers like Jukai Naturalist and Starfield Mystic. Once Tom Bombadil enters the battlefield alongside impactful Sagas, his ability cascades into fresh Sagas whenever a final chapter resolves, creating a continuous chain of free spells. As lore counters accumulate, the commander gains built-in hexproof and indestructible, anchoring the board. The deck transitions into the late game by weaponizing enchantments through token producers like Sigil of the Empty Throne and Summon: Knights of Round, or animating them into lethal attackers with Starfield of Nyx and Bello, Bard of the Brambles. Layered recursion from Brilliant Restoration and Yuna, Hope of Spira ensures the deck recovers smoothly from board wipes, overwhelming opponents through compounding attrition and wide combat strikes.
