Deck overview

This mono-black deck leverages life total as its primary currency to accelerate mana, draw massive card volumes, and execute compact combo finishes. Commanded by Vilis, Broker of Blood, the strategy excels at converting self-inflicted life loss into immediate card advantage. Acceleration pieces like Dark Ritual, Mana Vault, and Cabal Coffers push the deck ahead of the mana curve. The primary win condition revolves around the two-card infinite combo between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, which drains all opponents upon any life change. Alternatively, resolving Peer into the Abyss draws half the library to storm off into Aetherflux Reservoir or massive Exsanguinate casts. The deck protects its pieces with cards like Imp's Mischief and equipment while clearing threats using efficient removal like Toxic Deluge and Deadly Rollick.
