Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue is an Izzet tempo spellslinger deck. The plan is to play a low-curve board of prowess creatures, token makers, and pingers, then use cantrips and copy effects to trigger Bria: every noncreature spell makes the whole team bigger and lets one attacker through. Bria herself is usually the unblockable attacker, and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar spreads her commander damage to all opponents at once. A secondary Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye loop closes the game if combat stalls. The deck has many one-mana draw spells but only one tutor and almost no way to remove a resolved enchantment.
