Deck overview

This Boros Dwarf tribal deck, commanded by Bifur, Melodic Rider, is a mid-tempo combat build that piles up legendary creatures, artifacts, and Sagas to unlock the Storied bonus of double Dwarf triggers. The primary game plan revolves around developing a dense board of Dwarves and Equipment, using Treasure tokens for explosive ramp, and overwhelming opponents with repeatedly triggered abilities-Balin, Loremaster draws and burns, Dain of the Ancient Halls pressure, and an Equipment crest that turns every beater into a lethal threat. Bifur doubles key triggers once Storied is active, but the deck functions well enough without him. Win conditions come through combat (mass double-strike attacks, heavy trample, or swarm with Chronicle of Victory) and from burn via Balin Balin, an Imperial Engineer or Smaug the Magnificent. The backbone is a massive artifact/legendary synergy package on a Dwarf body, generating incremental value until the board is big enough to close the game.
