Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier, focusing on converting noncreature spells into table-wide burn, burst mana, and explosive card draw. Vivi grows with each noncreature spell cast, pinging each opponent for 1 damage while building up its power to generate a massive one-time burst of blue and red mana. The primary win condition attaches a damage-triggered draw engine like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi. Because Vivi pings all three opponents whenever a noncreature spell is cast, each spell draws three fresh cards, enabling an uninterrupted storm chain through rituals, cantrips, and cost reducers. The deck also features high-ceiling storm finishers through Underworld Breach, Brain Freeze, and Grapeshot, alongside an infinite mana combo using Quicksilver Elemental to repeatedly copy Vivi's mana ability. Supported by efficient 1-mana counterspells and removal, the deck reliably wins in a single explosive turn.
